It is a Princess cake - 4 or more layers, I am not really sure. I do this every year and every year I regret it! I get so annoyed that my cakes don't turn out like the picture.

ohhhh...I do the very same thing, and I hate to admit this, but I totally wear myself out trying to get the perfect cake, and I kinda am tired of the work too! Ugh...I hate admiting that. ;)
